I'm Diana Lynn, owner of Small Business Accounting. I have owned my bookkeeping business for over 20 years and have worked with many industries including construction, restaurants, and professional services. I specialize in supporting nonprofit organizations. This experience fuels my commitment to helping mission-driven organizations stay financially strong, organized, and empowered to focus on what matters most — making a meaningful difference.
I started Merry Makers Network after seeing how many seniors spend the holidays feeling forgotten or alone. What began as a simple desire to bring joy to just one person quickly grew into a mission to make sure every senior feels seen, valued, and remembered during the season.

I'm Cathy Swift and I work in communications for travel and logistics companies. My father lived in a senior center and while I was visiting him, I saw that some seniors did not have nearby family to visit them during the holidays.
I’ve spent holidays alone and don't want people to feel lonely during what could be a very happy season if they felt seen and recognized. I’ve learned that it’s never been about the gifts themselves, but about showing up, sharing your company, and giving love.

I'm Julia A. Proudlove, a Tax Partner at Hersman Serles Almond, LLC, primarily responsible for accounting, tax, and consulting services. I have served clients across diverse industries — including medical and other professional services, real estate development, technology, manufacturing, and service businesses.
When Diana invited me to help bring joy and compassion to seniors who may not have others, I couldn’t imagine saying no. Her generosity and kindness inspire me, and I’m grateful for the chance to share in her vision. We all shape the world we live in, and I’m honored to be part of a group that passes a little joy forward.

I'm Lyndal Balliet, the Owner and Chief Operations Officer of RE/MAX Metro Eastside, bringing over 30 years of real estate management experience to my role. Passionate about mentorship, I provide practical insight and hands-on support to help agents grow, scale, and build successful, sustainable businesses.
I joined Merry Makers Network because I believe everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and acknowledged. I'm passionate about the power of thoughtful, intentional acts — both big and small — to create meaningful connections and brighten someone’s day. I embrace the idea that kindness has a ripple effect, bringing joy not only to those who receive it, but also to those who give it.

I am Samantha St. John, and I work in government relations and community engagement, where I focus on building meaningful partnerships and advancing initiatives that strengthen communities. My work centers on connecting people, organizations, and resources to create lasting impact.
I joined Merry Makers Network because I believe in the mission and the power of thoughtful gestures to make people feel valued and connected, especially during times when it matters most.
